He noted an elderly 85 year old woman holding her hat with two hands, standing against the railing looking out to sea. He casually walked up to her saying, ”Excuse me Ma’am, are you aware that your dress is blowing up in the wind and you are exposed?” She responded with “Yes, I am aware of it.” He retorted it with, “But you’re not wearing any undergarments and people can see your bottom!” She turned to look at him and said, “Sir, if people want to look at my 85 year old bottom, so be it… I bought this hat yesterday!!!”
